V4U Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to V4U (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using our Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Services Offered

V4U is an online platform that facilitates:

• Grocery delivery

• Food delivery

• Medicine delivery (where permitted by law)

• Hotel booking

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party vendors/service providers (“Vendors”).

4. User Account

• To use most features, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and updated information.

• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Orders & Payments

• All prices shown on the Platform are set by the Vendors and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or other available methods.

• Once an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible if the Vendor has already started processing it.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or Vendor availability.

• You must be available to receive the delivery at the address you provide.

• If delivery fails due to your unavailability or incorrect address, charges may still apply.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Certain categories, such as perishable food items or medicines, may not be eligible for returns.

8. Hotel Bookings

• Hotel booking terms, including cancellation and refund policies, are determined by the respective hotel.

• V4U is not responsible for hotel services but will assist in resolving booking disputes where possible.

9. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for product quality, accuracy, and compliance with laws. V4U is not the manufacturer, seller, or provider of the products/services, except where explicitly stated.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the Platform.

• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to V4U. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

V4U is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform.

• Delays or delivery failures.

• Third-party Vendor actions or inactions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V4U, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the date of revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
